Dominik Schäfer, Bildhauerei Student aus Dresden,
realisierte die erst JAAFLE Künstlerresidenz. Fünf Monate lebte und
gestaltete er den Ausstellungsraum. Dieser wird nun im Sinne einer
Totalinstallation mit neuen Möglichkeiten wiedereröffnet.
Für die erste Ausstellung in dem neuen Raum lädt der Künstler
Josephin Papke und Eva Ravasz zu einem Auftritt.
Die drei kennen sich aus Dresden vom Studium. Ihre Arbeiten verhandeln apokalyptische
Visionen mit graphischen Elementen, Photographien als auch in Einrichtungsgegenständen.
Die drei KünstlerInnen hinterfragen eine Angst über den Zustand
einer sich verändernden Welt.

Dominik Schäfer, a sculpture student from Dresden realized the first JAAFLE artist-in-residence-scholarship.
During five moths of living and working in attendance, he could reinvent and rebuild the exhibition room, so the space appears
with new possibilities and a completly different character.
He invites Josephin Papke and Eva Ravasz for the first exhibition in the changed chamber. The three know each other from dresden where they studied or still do.
In their works they deal with apocalyptic visions; including graphics, photograph and interieur objects, the three artists deal
with the fear that the world as we know it could change forever.
